Andrew Lethbridge MCIAT ACIOBChartered Technologist & Director
Andrew established his own practice in 2000 after working in both private practice and the Local Authority offices of Plymouth City Architects and Devon County Property Development.
Andrew obtained a broad selection of qualifications in construction and construction law at Plymouth whilst honing his skills in practice and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (MCIAT) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Building (ACIOB).
Andrew has a wealth of experience in delivering a wide range of buildings from small domestic projects and bespoke new homes to large-scale residential developments and community buildings.
Dan Lethbridge BA(Hons) DipArch RIBAChartered Architect & Director
Dan graduated from the University of Plymouth with a BA(Hons) in Architecture and returned to the Ocean City to complete his postgraduate studies, obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Architecture, a Post Graduate Diploma in Humane Architecture and winning the University of Plymouth Diploma Design Prize for his final year post graduate project.
Dan has delivered a wide range of new build and renovation projects, and more recently has been focussing on the practices larger residential and mixed-use schemes.
Dan qualified as an Architect in 2010, is registered with the ARB and is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
Roger HarveySenior CAD Technician
Roger joined the practice in the summer of 2014 as our senior CAD Technician, after originally working alongside Andrew in Plymouth City Architects department.
Roger brings more than 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, and has delivered a wide range of domestic, residential, and large-scale commercial projects during his time in the local authority and private practice.
Roger enjoys the ‘nuts and bolts’ of how buildings go together and is always on hand to help make sure the buildings perform as expected.
Beckie LeedhamCAD Technician
Beckie joined the team in 2015 as a CAD technician and has since completed a Foundation Degree in Construction at City College Plymouth.
Beckie works alongside Andrew and Dan providing vital AutoCAD and SketchUp support on a wide range of projects, as well as undertaking measured building surveys. Beckie is currently developing her 3D software skills as the practice explores the potential for 3D modelling in the design development and presentation stages of projects.
Dan Stewart BA(Hons) DipArch RIBAArchitect
Dan studied at the University of Plymouth and received 1st Class Hons for his BA in Architecture, followed by a Post-Graduate in Architecture with Conservation, for which he was nominated for the RIBA Presidents Silver Medal. Dan qualified as an Architect in 2013, is registered with the ARB and is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
Dan has a passion for the conservation, care, and re-use of historic buildings. He is dedicated to low energy design principles and is not only training to be a Passivhaus Designer, but also building his own Passivhaus home in South Devon.
His 15 years of experience focusses mainly on residential projects for private clients, where he particularly enjoys creating functional, considered, and beautiful spaces, whilst balancing this with Client budget. Dan also has experience working and leading non-residential projects including mixed-use, commercial, leisure & hospitality, public realm, and landscape.
In his spare time Dan enjoys walking the coast path, exploring the countryside, a bit of DIY, and playing on the beach with his family.
Anna Kalnars FdA(Int Des)Interior Design Consultant
Anna is a qualified Interior Designer, having graduated with Distinction in 2006 in a Foundation Degree, Interior Design from University of Plymouth. Other qualifications include law (LL.B (Hons) & Bar), Personnel Management (PGDPM) and teaching (Cert. FE).
Since 2005 Anna has exclusively focussed on her work as a spatial & interior designer and runs her own design practice Infinite Design Devon. Her style is sympathetic, approachable, and challenges boundaries, and she combines intelligent and original creative design flair with excellent communication and organisation skills. Anna often works as part of the ALA team when a project requires specialist interior design input.
