Technologies and features include solar PV and battery storage, EV charger, Air Source Heat Pump, Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR), triple glazing, passive solar gain and shading, insulation, water saving fixtures, and ecological enhancements such as bat and bird roosts.
